September 23rd's meeting also began by discussing the previous week's exercises. We had a large discussion about the differences between educational games, and those purely for entertainment. This week the required exercise was twofold:

1. Exploring the "Anatomy of a Game Design Document" and to alter it to include the educational aspects of a game. Students were also asked to write a section or to make additions to sections to highlight the educational aspects.

2. Answer: "What is the most important step in the game design process? Why? Current processes do not take educational content into account, draw a new version of a game design method that does."

Next week we plan on combining the best aspects of everyone's design to determine the method we will use in this class.
